We are a group of knitters and crocheters who live and craft from Santa Monica to the Westside. We meet the LAST WEDNESDAY of every month at The Market at Santa Monica Place on the dining deck from 7-9ish. We will be sitting at round tables in the Market between the entrance and GROUNDWORKS COFFEE. We welcome knitters, crocheters, spinners and other fiber crafters of all ages and skill levels as we each share our expertise or gain greater skill while socializing and sharing projects. If you feel at loose ends with your fiber work, if you have a project that has been "in progress" for more than a year, or if you are a fast-working expert seeking a social fiber crafting outlet, this could be the group for you.
Our group is a great place to come and talk about all kinds of needlework. Most members crochet or knit. Others try their hand a a bit of everything; sewing, beading, and all different types of embroidery. If you have a question about something you are working on, or just want to show off your newest creation, our group is the place to do it.

This group is for all the Crafty Chicks who love to talk, crochet, and knit! Most of us are beginners, but all levels are welcome. Most of the meetups will be in the Sun City/Menifee area, but everyone can suggest a different location such as Starbucks :) We do require annual dues, but it is only $3 a year :) And to stay an active member, you are required to attend at least one meetup within six months. I hope we all learn new techniques and have some fun creating new projects!
